Welcome to ZhiGui (the “Service”), an online personal planning and knowledge-management service provided by the ZhiGui team (“we”, “us”). Please read these terms carefully before using the Service. By registering, signing in or using the Service in any way, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by them.
The Service provides, among other things: AI conversation and an intelligent assistant, a second-brain knowledge base (notes, topics, goals, schedules, decisions, reminders), file attachment storage, and paid plans. We may adjust or retire parts of the Service as the product evolves, and will give advance notice through site announcements.
The AI assistant in the Service is powered by a third-party large language model (DeepSeek). AI-generated content may be wrong, incomplete or out of date; it is for assistance only and does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for any decision you make based on AI output.

If prices change we will give at least 30 days’ notice through a site announcement or email; a change does not affect the benefits within a period you have already paid for.
Paid subscriptions run in 30-day periods. A successful first payment activates the corresponding plan; to keep using the paid benefits after it expires you need to pay again. The free plan applies automatically and needs no payment.
1,000,000 AI credits correspond to ¥1 of model resource cost. Credits are deducted according to the actual model, input tokens, cache hits, output tokens and DeepSeek’s official peak/off-peak price card for that request; 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00 Beijing time are peak, the rest off-peak. You can see your credit balance for the month on your profile page; usage details retain the price-card version used for each request.
A paid plan is activated immediately after a successful payment. Before submitting an order you must actively tick to confirm immediate activation and this refund statement; the Service is considered to have started once you first successfully receive an AI reply. After the Service has started, except in the cases set out below, you may not request a refund for personal reasons (including changing your mind, no longer using the Service, or not using up your tokens or attachment space); tokens, attachment space and AI services already provided are not refunded pro rata.
The restriction above does not apply where there has been a duplicate charge, an unauthorised payment, an inability to provide the Service properly due to our fault, a mismatch between the Service and what was promised, or where the law requires a refund. We will verify manually against the order, service records and applicable law; refunds do not apply where the Service was restricted for malicious abuse, fraud or a breach of these terms.
Refunds and order disputes are handled by a person only through the feedback form (choose the “Refund request / order dispute” type). Please provide your registered username, the order number, the payment time, the plan name and the specific reason; submitting a request does not mean the refund has been approved.
After a plan expires or is downgraded, tokens and attachment capacity beyond the free allowance are restricted (existing data is retained but you cannot add beyond that limit); they are restored when you subscribe again.
If you breach the above, we may, depending on the circumstances, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban the account, seek compensation for loss, and report to the relevant authorities.
Our rules on collecting, using, storing and protecting user data are set out in the Privacy Policy. These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the complete agreement.
You may stop using and close your account at any time. After closure we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period (unless the law provides otherwise). We may also suspend or terminate the Service if you materially breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms should be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to a people’s court with jurisdiction where we are located.
We may update these terms from time to time and will show the updated version through a site announcement or in a prominent place. Continuing to use the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
